We enjoyed dining either at the big table in the living room or on the terrace with nice furniture. The apartment was tastefully designed and had all the necessary amenities for a perfect stay. The apartment we stayed in was amazing! It had a kitchen with everything we needed, like a microwave, fridge, and oven. The seating area was cozy and perfect for relaxing while watching TV on the flat-screen. The private bathroom was clean and had a bidet and a hairdryer. We loved having air conditioning in our unit, especially during the hot weather. And the balcony provided a great spot to enjoy the view.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the air conditioning in some units. But I understand that others might enjoy it.

We had a great experience staying at Modern Apartments Los Cristianos Center. the location couldn't have been better, as it was just a short walk to the lively streets of Los Cristianos with its fantastic restaurants and bars. the beach was also within easy reach, only taking us 10, 15 minutes to walk there. Another bonus was the proximity to Las Americas, which was about a 25, 30 minute walk away. the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well, equipped with everything we needed. We especially liked the two bathrooms, which was fantastic for families.

The owner was also very responsive and readily available when we needed assistance. Cons: Nothing, no complaints at all.
